Paid placement terms

Biloxi Casino PRIORITY PLACEMENTS Seller: Intensic s.r.o., Slovakia. Support: [email protected]. The subscription costs USD 199 per year, plus applicable tax. It renews annually at this price unless renewal is stopped before the next billing date. Placement applies to the selected business and category on biloxi.casino and its matching validated city/category page. The listing must remain published, operational, in that category and at its validated location. Multiple businesses may have priority placement; no exclusive first position or visitor volume is guaranteed. Visitor filters can exclude a listing. General searches, city-only pages and other websites are outside this placement. Tax: applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated by Stripe using your billing address and any tax ID. The final amount is shown before payment; a tax ID does not by itself guarantee a zero rate. Ask [email protected] to stop renewal, quoting your business and purchase reference. Stopping renewal keeps the current paid period while the listing remains eligible. Cancellation does not itself issue a refund. Category or location changes, removal, ineligibility and service interruptions need operator review. Hiding a listing does not stop billing. Contact [email protected] with the business and issue for correction or refund review. Intensic s.r.o. reviews refunds individually; a request does not itself stop renewal or issue a refund. Approved refunds are issued in Stripe against the original payment; renewal and placement decisions are handled separately. These terms do not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.
